• How can I check the status of my order?

  Log into your account on our website. Go to the 'Profile' section, locate your order, and hover over it to view details. Do keep in mind to use the same email address you used to place the order.

• How soon will I receive my order?

  Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days. However, delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand seasons.

• Where do you deliver within India?

  We deliver across India, covering urban and rural areas (PAN India).

• What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

  Orders below ₹30,000 incur a fixed shipping fee of ₹3,000. Orders above ₹30,000 are shipped free. Moreover, the delivery times vary by product but usually takes around 5-7 working days.

• Do I need to show ID proof?

  Our logistics partners require ID proof for delivery to ensure the correct recipient receives the shipment.

• Can I order from outside India for delivery within India?

  Yes, as long as you provide a valid shipping address in India and details of the recipient.

• What happens if my order is lost in transit?

  In case of lost orders, we wait 15 days to track them. If unsuccessful, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.

• What should I do if my product is damaged on delivery?

  If you receive a damaged product, send a photo or video to orders@jssolitaire.com. We will arrange a return and refund the amount paid after verification.

• Is it safe to buy jewellery online?

  Yes, your jewellery is shipped fully insured. We recommend inspecting the package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

• How can I ensure the quality of the metal?

  All JS Solitaire jewellery is handcrafted in India and BIS hallmarked. Each piece comes with an E-certificate specifying its details.

• How much are the shipping charges?

  Shipping is ₹3,000 for orders below ₹30,000 and free for orders above ₹30,000. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on special shipping promotions.

• How can I make exchanges?

  Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, excluding personalized items. Items exchanged once cannot be re-exchanged. The new product's value exceeding the old one requires payment of the difference. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Can I sell my current jewellery to JS Solitaire?

  Yes, we buy solitaires at 90% of the buyback price and gold at 100% at the rate of Gold by the Jewellers association prevailing on that day (excluding labour charges and making charges).

• What is the difference between Karat and Carat?

  Carat measures gemstone weight, while Karat measures the gold content in an alloy (e.g., 18K gold is 18/24 parts gold). The term "carat" is sometimes used interchangeably for gold fineness.
